Maine Crew Tackles Lake Ontario with Success!

Hailing all the way from Maine, Rick Hopkins chartered the Milky Way for 2 days of fishing.  On Wed., Aug. 9th, Lake Ontario was not on her best behavior as 5-6' waves greeted the party in the morning.  Luckily, it did calm down some and the party was able to get a full day of fishing in even though one of the crew members was not feeling to good.  The result was a limit of Lake Trout.  The next day, Thurs., Aug. 10th, the party, minus one of the members, went out on a much nicer day on the lake and once again caught their limit of Lake Trout along with two mature Kings, one of which weighed 28 pounds plus 2 skipper Salmon.  As a result, this great group of anglers are traveling back to Maine with a lot of fish to eat and a satisfied experience of fishing out of Henderson Harbor on Lake Ontario!
