The Milky Way is a 28' Albermarle twin engine hardtop with a stand-up head. The boat is equipped with the latest in electronics, fishing gear and U.S.C.G. equipment on board and guided by a U.S.C.G. licensed captain and charter guide with 30+ years of experience!

Gold Star Crew - Gold Star Day!

On Thursday, August 21st, another multiple corporate charter trip was run by Milky Way Fishing charters. On this 2 boat trip (assisted by Saiffs), the Gold Star Feed & Grain crew were able to get their limit of Lake Trout while enjoying a beautiful summer day out on the Lake. And the phrase "you shouldn't mix business with pleasure" was put to rest on this trip as the guys got to go back to the Westview Lodge restaurant for a luncheon meeting and to indulge in a platter full of deliciously prepared fresh lake trout (eating their own catch made it even better) along with a fresh garden salad, french fried onion rings, and fries. All in all, it was a very enjoyable and delicious day for everyone involved!
