The Milky Way is a 28' Albermarle twin engine hardtop with a stand-up head. The boat is equipped with the latest in electronics, fishing gear and U.S.C.G. equipment on board and guided by a U.S.C.G. licensed captain and charter guide with 30+ years of experience!

A Pair of Kings Trump the Day!

On Wednesday, July 20th, Al Montanino returned to Lake Ontario again this year, with his grandson, Johnnie, to fish aboard the Milky Way. The day started out perfectly with the first catch of the day being a big King Salmon by Al's grandson, Johnnie. As the beautiful day out on the lake continued, so did the fish. Later on in the afternoon, Al caught his nice King! The Grandfather/Grandson team ended a great day of fishing with their limit of Lake Trout, 2 Skipper Salmon and their pair of July summer Kings!

Catch & Release Keeps Flensted Family Busy!

On Monday, July 11th, the Kevin Flensted family chartered the Milky Way to try their hand at fishing on Lake Ontario. The family caught over 20 trout that day but only chose to keep two for themselves!

Lake Trout Limit for the Bob Zehr Party!

On Saturday, July 9th, the Bob Zehr party went out fishing on the Milky Way. The five guys not only caught their limit of Lake Trout, but also 3 skipper Salmon and one 10 lb. King. Even though the lake was a little on the rough side, a good day of fishing was experienced by all the fishermen!
