Lake Trout Limit Includes a 25 1/2 Trophy!

The Jim Fletcher family went fishing with Milky Way Fishing Charters on Thurs., June 27th and not only had a beautiful, pleasant day out on Lake Ontario but they also had an even better day of fishing!

This family consisted of Jim, his wife, Laurie and their son, Sam and they were kept busy catching their limit of Lakers along with a bonus small King being landed.  When the downrigger released, the pole went up and the line and reel were screaming,  of course everyone had the same thought - King!  But this Lake Trout gave everyone a big surprise as it turned out to be a 25 1/2 pound, 40 inch long trophy fish.  And trophy fish is the right terminololgy, as the plans for this monster trout is to be mounted and displayed!  Congratulations to Jim, Laurie and Sam for a great job of landing these fish and also for making it a very enjoyable, fun charter for everyone aboard the Milky Way.  And also, we at Milky Way Fishing Charters, would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Sam for his service to our country.  Thank you, Sam!
