Smokin' Hot Day Produces A Catch of Big Fish!

On Thursday, July 9th, Ben Pate and colleagues, Steve and Gary and sons chartered with the Milky Way. This day out on Lake Ontario turned into the hottest day ever out on the lake without a breeze to benefit it. In spite of the heat, this crew consisting of Ben, Gary, Steve, Austin, Tucker and Gavin had a great time catching fish and having fun! Their catch consisted of 10 nice Lake Trout along with 1 King Salmon. The biggest Lake Trout weighed in at 19 pounds which was caught by Ben! The boys held their own by catching some big lunker laker themselves! These were a great group of young men that know how to enjoy themselves which makes for a fun charter for everyone aboard the Milky Way. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Ben, Gary and Steve for their service to us as they are New York State Troopers! We know this job is becoming more and more challenging and your work and dedication to keeping us safe is deeply appreciated!
