The Milky Way is a 28' Albermarle twin engine hardtop with a stand-up head. The boat is equipped with the latest in electronics, fishing gear and U.S.C.G. equipment on board and guided by a U.S.C.G. licensed captain and charter guide with 30+ years of experience!

Lake Trout Limit for Father's Day!

On Sunday, June 19th, Dan Cobb and his family boarded the Milky Way for a fun day of fishing. The weather was great and the fishing was even greater as the family had a busy day of hauling in their limit of Lake Trout. It was only right that "Dad" caught the biggest fish on Father's Day as Dan hauled in a 18 pound lunker Laker! But Leona and their kids, McKenzie and Hunter were not far behind with some nice catches of their own! All in all, it was a very enjoyable day of fishing for everyone aboard the Milky Way!

It all came together for the Beau Zanker party as he and his son Ashton and Dave and his son Alex boarded the Milky Way on Sat., May 21st! The sun was shining, the lake looked like a mirror and you could not keep the Lake Trout off the lines.

Eleven Year Old Beats Everyone by Landing 10 lb. Walleye!

Scott Essig may have been the youngest fisherman aboard the Milky Way on Saturday, May 14th but he earned bragging rights that day by catching the biggest fish which happened to be a trophy 10 pound Walleye!
