The Milky Way is a 28' Albermarle twin engine hardtop with a stand-up head. The boat is equipped with the latest in electronics, fishing gear and U.S.C.G. equipment on board and guided by a U.S.C.G. licensed captain and charter guide with 30+ years of experience!

Best Man Is Also Best Man at Catching Lakers!

Saturday, May 27th, proved not only to be a wonderful day on the water but also a banner day for this catch and release Lake Trout charter. John Ebblie, who was best man in our wedding, chartered with the Milky Way and what a day it turned out to be! Although we lost track, we know John caught and released over 25 Lake Trout! Two of the largest fish weighed in at 18 1/2 and 21 pounds respectively. Needless to say, it was a great day on the water both weather-wise and with catching and releasing fish! It truly was a memorable and fun day with John!

Saturday, May 6th, was the maiden voyage of the fishing season for the Milky Way. And since it was the opening day of Walleye season, the Bill O'Brien party wanted to try their luck at Walleye fishing.
