The Milky Way is a 28' Albermarle twin engine hardtop with a stand-up head. The boat is equipped with the latest in electronics, fishing gear and U.S.C.G. equipment on board and guided by a U.S.C.G. licensed captain and charter guide with 30+ years of experience!

Not So Nice Day Results In Satisfying Catch of Fish!

On Thursday, July 16th, Heather Schlesinger chartered a half day of fishing aboard the Milky Way to go fishing on Lake Ontario. The high winds and rough water limited the fishing to the trench area outside Henderson Harbor. But, the fish were there and this not so promising day weather-wise sure turned into a good day for catching fish! The crew consisting of Heather, her Mom, Deb, and Dave managed to catch 1 Lake Trout, 2 Salmon and 5 Brown Trout! In spite of the rough seas, this group of "weathered" fisherwomen/man seemed to enjoy their time aboard the Milky Way!
