The Milky Way is a 28' Albermarle twin engine hardtop with a stand-up head. The boat is equipped with the latest in electronics, fishing gear and U.S.C.G. equipment on board and guided by a U.S.C.G. licensed captain and charter guide with 30+ years of experience!

Lake Trout Limit & King Help Fill The Cooler!

On Sat., Aug. 24th, long time fishing friend, Jeff Koons and party once again chartered with Milky Way Fishing Charters. This trip brought in 1 nice King, a catch of 12 Lake Trout and 1 small Brown Trout for the fishing crew consisting of Jeremy, Chad, Chase and Jeff. The majority of the Lake Trout were on the heavy side and along with the mature King, did a pretty good job of filling that big 150 qt. cooler!
