The Milky Way is a 28' Albermarle twin engine hardtop with a stand-up head. The boat is equipped with the latest in electronics, fishing gear and U.S.C.G. equipment on board and guided by a U.S.C.G. licensed captain and charter guide with 30+ years of experience!

Lake Trout Limit Include Two 20 Pounders Plus & A 16 Lb. Brown!

Fishing was great once again aboard the Milky Way on Sat., July 24th for the Pete Remington party. This group of 5 fishermen consisting of Mike, Todd, Jacob, Matt and Pete were kept busy hauling in their lake trout limit. Two of the 10 Lakers turned out to be real lunkers weighing in at 20 1/2 pounds and 24 pounds! Todd caught a 20 1/2 pounder but Jacob topped that with a 24 -pound Lake Trout! And not too shabby was the big 16-pound Brown Trout landed by Matt! All in all, it turned out be another enjoyable day of fishing for everyone aboard Milky Way Fishing Charters!

On Sat., July 17th, Ben Pate chartered the Milky Way along with his fishing buddies, Zach, Ashton, Lincoln and Remington. This group's catch included 9 Lake Trout along with 1 Skipper Salmon.
