2-Day Charter Highlighted in Catch of 22 Pound Monster Lake Trout!

The Charles Stratton party from Maine chartered with the Milky Way on Aug. 19th and Aug. 20th. Unfortunately on Saturday, Aug. 19th, the whole day of fishing had to be shortened because of building waves on Lake Ontario. Limited to where the Milky Way could troll, the fishing was tough that day. But, fortunately, one big King Salmon along with a nice Lake Trout were brought aboard in spite of the rough seas. Sunday, Aug. 20th proved to be a lot better day as the 4 boys from Maine, Charlie, Tom, Hal and Ryan, caught their limit of Lake Trout along with another big King Salmon! The majority of the Lake Trout caught that day were on the heavy side with the biggest one weighing in at 22 pounds! Needless to say, the Maine boy's perseverance paid off after fishing 2 days on unpredictable Lake Ontario!"
